CCT South America is a popular online tournament of the highly acclaimed Counter Strike: Global Offensive game’s competitive scene. It is a part of the renowned biennial international CS:GO Champion of Champions Tour. The tournament runs with eight different series over the span of nearly two years.
The CCT South America Series 3 tournament of this year initiated this November 24th. This year, BTS Brazil is organizing the event sponsored by GRID and BitSkins. A total of 15 teams participated during the group stage of the event. Among them top-8 qualified for the playoff stage via a 5 round group sage competition.
Upon completion of the group stage, 8 more teams were invited to participate in the event. These teams will be joining the tournament directly during the playoffs. Upon completion of the event, top-8 ranking teams will be receiving a share of the $25,000 prize pool.
