The Charleston Open is a long-running professional tennis event in South Carolina. Established in 2001, it is currently run under WTA’s 500 series calendar.
Upcoming WTA Charleston 2023 is the 50th edition of this event. It is officially titled “2023 Credit One Charleston Open.”
A total of 56 singles and 16 doubles participants will compete for a share of the $780,637 prize pool in the upcoming Charleston-based event. It will be the 2023 season’s first clay court-based event.
