Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the event was not held in the past two years. This year, it returned even bigger with a combination of ATP Challenger Tour 125 and WTA 125 events. Heather Miriam Watson is a former British No. 1 player. She owns nine titles so far. She won the mixed-doubles title with her partner Henri Kontinen at the 2016 Wimbledon Championships. She claimed her first WTA Tour singles title at the Japan Open in October 2012. She turned pro in 2010 and achieved her career-high ranking of 38 on January 19, 2015.
