Dubai Sevens is a popular rugby sevens series event of the Middle East. The event established in 1970 and has been held annually since.
The Dubai Sevens holds a plethora of competitions every year. However, the most two important and widely known competitions are –
- World Rugby Sevens Series
- World Rugby Women’s Sevens Series
The 2022 Dubai Sevens will be the 24th official edition of the event. It will feature the usual competitions with selected regulations. A total of 16 international teams will be participating in both disciplines of the Rugby Seven competitions. This year’s organizer and sponsor is HSBC.
