For the second round of ongoing 2023 rally season, WRC is going deep into the far-flung ice wilderness of northeastern Sweden. Rally Sweden is announced to begin from this Thursday in Vasterbotten County.

Rally Sweden, also known as Swedish Rally is an annual rally car-based motor racing event. The event has been acting as the second round for WRC season since 2022 as a part of the World Rally Championship.
The event was first established in 1950. Upcoming Rally Sweden 2023 will be the 70th official iteration of the annual event. It will be held over 18 different stages across 301.18 km travel distance.
The Swedish rally event will feature 4 competitions for four different disciplines. These include – RC1, RC2, RC3, and RC3 (J-WRC). A total of 52 crew have registered entries to participate in these events over four days. Additionally, the event will be the only dedicated snow round of the entire WRC 2023 season.

Rally Sweden will be held in the deep snowy mountain tracks of Umea. Split into 18 stages, the total race distance is 301.18 km long. It is considered one of the hardest race disciplines as the only snow-based rally. The venue is located within Vasterbotten County of Sweden.
