The MXGP of Patagonia-Argentina is a professional motocross racing competition. It is held annually in Argentina, as a part of the annual FIM Motocross World Championship season.
The long-running Patagonia-Argentina event was previously canceled through 2020 and 2021 due to the covid pandemic. It later returned last year with both MXGP and MX2 series competitions. Maxime Renaux was the winner of the first race, while Tim Gajser got both the race 2 and round winner place.
The upcoming MXGP of Patagonia-Argentina 2023 will mark the initiation of the brand-new 67th FIM Motocross World Championship season. Like every year, it will be held at the Patagonia race track. The race event will hold a competition for both the MXGP and MX2 division.
A total of 40 competitors have qualified for the MXGP event. While for the M2 race, 30 competitors successfully qualified. During the first race of the MXGP series, Jorge Prado will start at pole position. The previous round one winner, Maxime Renaux will start at 3rd position.
