With the beginning of a new year, IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship is beginning with a new edition of 2023 Rolex 24 at Daytona at Daytona.

24 Hours of Daytona or officially titled “Rolex 24 at Daytona” is a premier 24-hour sports car endurance race that initiates the annual IMSA SportsCar Championship. It is held annually in Daytona Beach, Florida without any car class restriction under GT.
2023 Rolex 24 at Daytona is the 61st official iteration of the popular endurance racing event. This year fans will see the introduction of new Le Mans Daytona hybrid (LMDh) cars of GT Prototype’s top category alongside a new engine electrification system. Also, this year’s event will see the removal of qualifying race at the roar.
This year’s event has 61 car entry list, similar to last year. Austrin Cindric, the recent Daytona 500 winner is set to return with Delvin DeFrancesco and Pietro Fittipaldi in LPM2. Last year’s champion, Helio Castroneves will also be present under the Meyer Shank Racing team for GTP.

Upcoming Rolex 24 at Daytona is scheduled to begin around 01:40 p.m. ET of this Saturday, January 28, 2023. It will run till the following Sunday, January 29, 2023, and end around the same time of 01:40 p.m. ET.
Where will the Race event be held?

- Venue: Daytona International Speedway
- Location: Daytona Beach, Florida
The Asphalt course of Sports Car Course layout at the Daytona International Speedway will host the upcoming 24-hour endurance race event. The course is 5.73 miles long combined road course. It is located near Daytona Beach, Florida

The 2023 Rolex 24 at Daytona will be broadcast on a split scheduled via NBC and USA Network. Live broadcast coverage will begin around 01:30 p.m. of Saturday through NBC channel. And later at shift to USA Network from 02:30 p.m. to 08:00 p.m. Following day, USA Network will again provide broadcast from 06:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and then broadcast will shift to NBC for the conclusion till 02:00 p.m. All times are based on Eastern time zone.
