Then he was runner-up in the PGA Championship to Brooks Koepka. He won the PGA Tour Championship which was his 80th career victory. In 2019, he accomplished the Masters with the 5th green jacket. In 2020, he was out of the game due to again 5th back surgery. In 2021, he was also out of the game owing to a car accident in Los Angeles. At the end of 2021, he declared that he would play the PNC Championship with his son charlie.
