The NASCAR Xfinity Series of ongoing 2023 season is back with another stock car race competition on Saturday. In this article, you can find the latest detail about the upcoming Raptor 250 event.

The Raptor 250 is an annual professional stock car racing competition. Sanctioned by NASCAR, the event is currently organized under the annual Xfinity series calendar. The event made its debut back in 1992 as the Atlanta 300.
2023 Raptor 250 is officially titled as “RAPTOR King of Tough 2023.” It will be the 32nd annual iteration of the long running competition. Like every year, it will be held at the Atlanta Motor Speedway in Georgia.
The stock car race event will be sponsored by RAPTOR Coatings. It will be a 163-lap race divided in three stages. Participants will have to cross a distance of 403.98 km for the main race. A total of 38 professional NASCAR racers will participate in the competition.
Following the qualification race, Sammy Smith is holding the pole position for first round of main race. Defending Ty Gibbs won’t be in the course this year. The popular Cup Series driver Ros Chastain’s brother Chad Chastain will make his series debut with the event. He will start at 37th position.

Just like recent years, the 2023 Raptor 250 will be organized at the Atlanta Motor Speedway asphalt course. It is a 2.48 km long oval course with 4 standard turns. The initial two stages of main race will contain 40 laps each. While the final stage will be an 83-lap race. The course is located near the Henry County in Georgia, USA.

Fox Sports will air the main race of the upcoming NASCAR Xfinity series race event via FS1 in the United States. While fans in Canada will need to tune into TSN to watch the event. Broadcast will start at 05:00 p.m. ET and will run till the end of main race.
