World Men’s Curling Championship 2023 is officially titled “BTK Tires & OK Tire World Men’s Curling Championship 2023,” due to sponsorship. Latest iteration of the popular international curling competition is scheduled to kick off this April 1st in Canada.
A total of 13 international teams qualified for the upcoming curling championship event. Host nation Canada qualified by default. While South Korea, USA, Japan, and New Zealand qualified for the 2022 Pan Continental Curling Championship. Finally, the rest of the 8 teams have earned their placement via the 2022 European Curling Championship events.
The event will be divided into two stages. During the initial round-robin event, the 13 participating teams will compete against one another in 20 draws. This stage alone will run for the first week of April. Following the completion of first round, playoffs will start on April 8 and the event will reach completion with the finals on the following day.
