Rose Parade is the definite new year’s celebration festival in America. It is a part of an event titled “Tournament of Roses.” The event was first founded in 1890 and has been hosting annually since.
Tournament of Roses is a two-part event. The event begins with a new year opening parade event titled “Rose Parade”. It is then preceded by the highly anticipated Rose Bowl game. The parade event takes place on a 5.5 miles road in Pasadena, California.
The 2023 Rose Bowl Parade will however be held on January 2. This is to maintain the traditional rule of never holding the event on Sundays. This year’s parade is sponsored by the renowned Japanese automobile brand, Honda. While the following bowl game will be sponsored by Prudential insurance company.
