Vusi Ngubeni Tournament 2023 Purse:
The Vusi Ngubeni Tournament was first established last year as the season-ending event of the Sunshine Tour. The ongoing edition currently taking place at the Modderfontein Golf Course in Gauteng. It is a 72-par stroke play event, featuring 94 professional golfers.
Ongoing Vusi Ngubeni Tournament 2023 is featuring an R100,000 prize pool. The winner’s share is Sunshine Tour’s standard 15.85%, which amounts to R15,850. In Euro, the prize pool is around €5000, with a winner’s share of €792.5.
The runner-up of this South African golf competition will earn R11,500, while the 3rd position holder in the leaderboard will receive R8,000. The prize pool will be distributed among only the top-45 participants in the final leaderboard.
The final three contestants – 43rd, 44th, and 45th participants will receive R640, R620, and R600 respectively. All the distribution rates are the same as the previous year, as the total prize pool hasn’t seen any increment or decrement overall.
