Singapore Classic 2023 Purse:
Singapore Open is a brand-new professional golf event announced for the DP World Tour calendar. The founding edition of this exciting event is currently going on at the Laguna National Golf course in Singapore.
Organizers have announced a $2 million purse pool for the inaugural edition. Moreover, there will also be 2,750 Race to Dubai points allocated to the top golfers of the event. As a result, some of the best European Tour golfers like Robert MacIntyre, Ryan Fox and other top-class are participating in the event.
The winner’s share for Singapore Open 2023 is set at $340,000 which is a great amount for a newly established golf event. In addition to the lucrative prize money, the champion of the event will also receive 460 Race to Dubai points.
The runner-up at the Singaporean DP World Tour event will receive a $220,000 reward. While the player following him in 3rd place will receive $125,200. These amounts remark the usual prize distribution rate in European Tour.
According to official announcement, only the top-65 to make a cut out of 132 players will get a share of the purse pool. As such, prize size of the final 3 positions 63rd, 64th, 65th will be $5,200, $5,000, $4,800 respectively.
