Scandinavian Masters is a popular professional European golf competition established in 1991. The long-running Swedish event is currently known as the “Scandinavian Open” and is co-sanctioned by European Tour and Ladies European Tour.
The 33rd edition of the event is titled “Volvo Car Scandinavian Mixed 2023.” It will be a four-round long competition over four a day event. The competition will maintain a 72-par based stroke play format.
As named, the Scandinavian Mixed will be a mixed event. Therefore, it will feature both professional male and female golfers from the DP World Tour and LET. The field will feature a total of 78 top-class European golfers.
The event organizers have announced a $2 million purse. The winner of the event will take $340,000 with them as a reward. Fans are excitedly awaiting to see their favorite golfers take part in the Swedish professional golf event this week.
