2022 Rocket Mortgage Classic, a professional golf tournament, part of the 2021-2022 PGA Tour is scheduled to kick off on July 28, 2022, at the Detroit Golf Club, Detroit, Michigan, USA.
The tournament is fielding a solid player base this year, including the world number 4, Patrick Cantlay. Cantlay is set to make his debut in the Rocket Mortgage Classic.
Ranked at number 6 in the FedEx Cup standings, the reigning FedEx Cup champ is determined to repeat the feat from last year, and a win in Detroit will help him significantly to achieve that goal.
Other top favorite players include; Will Zalatoris, Cameron Young, and Max Homa. Another player to keep a keen eye on is Tony Finau. Finau is in the blistering form currently, with his last tournament victory coming just a week ago at the 3M Open in Minnesota.
The current champion of Rocket Mortgage Classic, Cameron Davis, is participating this year as well and is one of the favorites of the tournament.

The first two rounds of Rocket Mortgage Classic 2022 will be telecasted live by Golf Channel exclusively from 3-6 p.m. ET. The last two rounds of coverage, however, will be shared between Golf Channel and CBS. Golf Channel will make the early coverage from 1-3 p.m. ET, while CBS does the late one (3-6 p.m. ET).
