Weeks after the completion of Masters 2023, PGA Tour announces the classic South Carolina-based event for the latest season. RBC Heritage 2023 is set to start this Thursday in Hilton Head Island.

The RBC Heritage, better known as Heritage Classic is a popular American professional golf competition. Established in 1969, it is one of the popular long-running events under the annual PGA Tour calendar.
Upcoming RBC Heritage 2023 will be the 55th official edition of the event. It is sponsored and organized by the Heritage Classic Foundation. The competition will be played with a standard PGA Tour stroke play format over the span of four days.
The four-stage event will feature a total of 143 top-class professional golfers from the PGA Tour. Popular pros like John Ram, Sam Burns, and many more fan favorites will be competing in the event. 27 of the current top-30 OWGR rankers are on the participant list this year.
The upcoming event has already captured multiple headlines for featuring an impressive prize pool, which is on par with the recently completed major golf event, Masters 2023. Organizers have revealed that the event will offer a massive purse of $20 million. While the winner’s share is listed at $3.6 million.
