RBC Canadian Open 2023 Purse:
The latest RBC Canadian Open 2023 has started with a 156-player field in Ontario. It is currently co-sanctioned by the PGA Tour and Canadian Tour. Organizers have announced a $9 million prize money for the competition.
Only the top-65 participants to successfully make a cut during the initial two rounds will receive a share of the purse pool. The winner will receive the standard 18% cut. Meaning, the champion will take a paycheck of $1,620,000 following the completion of this event.
The runner-up of the competition will take home $981,000 with him. Furthermore, the 3rd placed competitor will receive $621,000 following the final round. The final three participants – 63rd, 64th, and 65th on the leaderboard will be rewarded with $19,710, $19,530, and $19,350 respectively.
