Pelican Women’s Championship is a professional women’s golf tournament newly founded in 2020. As such, the 2022 iteration will be the 3rd edition of the event. It is held annually in Belleair, near Tempa.
Nelly Korda was the champion of the event in 2021. She won a playoff over Lexi Thompson, Lydia Ko, and Kim Sei-young in the final round. Kim Sei-young, the Korean professional, was the event winner in the inaugural edition.

So, in order to guarantee the safety of both participants and visitors, the tournament was postponed until Friday, November 11, 2022. Additionally, it was scaled back to a 54-hole competition. As a result, if the situation improves, the first round of the LPGA Tour event is scheduled to begin at 06:55 a.m. ET tomorrow.
