Mitsubishi Electric Championship 2023 Purse:
The Mitsubishi Electric Championship 2023 announced a $2 million purse. Due to not having a minimum cut, all 42 players will receive a portion of the officially disclosed purse pool according to their standings. The purse pool amount is the same as the previous year.
The champion of the ongoing Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai will receive a $340,000 amount as a reward. This is more than the standard PGA Tour Champions set payout amount of 15%. While the runner-up of the event is set to receive a $200,000 reward. Both amounts are the same as the previous year’s champion Miguel Jimenez and runner-up Steven Alker received.
According to the official statement, all players will receive a share of the purse based on their standings. Based on this, the 40th standing is set to receive $12,000. Following him, the 41st position holder will earn $11,500. And the final positioned competitor will receive $11,000 as a purse. Compared to last year’s distribution, there is no difference in the amount received.
