KLM Open 2023 Purse:
Dutch Open, currently titled KLM Open is the popular Dutch professional golf event. At present, it is held annually under European Tour’s annual DP World Tour series. It is currently taking place with 156 players on the field of Bernardus Golf Course.
The KLM Open 2023 is featuring a $2 million prize pool with a standard winner’s share of 17%. This amounts to $340,000. It is roughly the same amount as featured in the previous iteration. Therefore, fans can expect very minimal changes in individual purse distribution.
The runner-up of this upcoming Dutch golf competition will receive a $220,000 paycheck as their reward. Furthermore, the 3rd position holder will be rewarded with $125,000. Both of these amounts seem very similar to the ones that the previous year’s participants received.
In addition to the prize money, the winner of the event will receive 18 OWGR points. Meanwhile, a total of 2,750 Race to Dubai points will be distributed among all 156 participants, based on their final leaderboard position. From here, the winner will receive 260 Race to Dubai points.
However, only the top-65 to make a 36-hole cut successfully during the initial two rounds will qualify for the later two. Moreover, only these 65 participants will be eligible to earn a share of the $2 million prize pool. As such, the final three positioned players – 63rd, 64th, and 65th golfer will receive $5,200, $5,000, and $4,800 respectively.
