International Series Oman 2023 Purse:
International Series is a new professional golf series for the Asian Tour. It was established as a four-event tour last year. The ongoing International Series Oman 2023 marked the starting point of 2nd edition of the series.
The ongoing International Series Oman is the first Asian Tour event held in Oman. It is boasting a $2 million purse pool. Aside the major events, the series’ purse are some of the biggest purses in Asian Tour history.
Winner of the event is set to earn $360,000 prize money along with 12.8 OWGR ranking points. The purse share size is an ideal 18% for an international level Asian Tour event. While the runner up will earn a $220,000 purse. Following which, an amount of $126,000 reward is set for the 3rd place holder.
According to official statements, only the top-65 players to make a cut and qualify for the 3rd round will receive a share of the purse. As per which, the 63rd, 64th, and 65th participant of the leaderboard will receive $5,800, $5,600, and $5,400 respectively.
