Dubai Desert Classic is the popular United Arab Emirates based European Tour golf event. It is a part of their professional DP World Tour and Rolex series event.
The event first inaugurated in 1989 and has been running annually. It maintains a stroke play format over four-day competition over 72 par.
Upcoming Dubai Desert Classic will be the 35th official iteration of the event. According to official announcement, the event will feature a massive $9 million prize pool.
This year’s Dubai Desert Classic is sponsored by the Hero MotoCorp. As such, the event is officially titled “Hero Dubai Desert Classic 2023” at present.
The upcoming tournament at Dubai will feature a 130-player field. Among them will be world class professionals like Shane Lowry and Rory McIlroy. However, Viktor Hovland won’t be present to defend his 2022 title.

Dubai Desert Classic 2023 Tee Times:
During first two rounds, players will be divided into groups of three and two teams will tee-off simultaneously at hole 1 and hole 10 in the upcoming event. Jeremy Freiburghaus, Jazz Janewattananond, and Lukas Nemecz will tee-off as the first group at hole no.1. While Marcel Schneider, Angel Hidalgo, and Marc Warren will tee off at hole no.10 as the first group. Both groups are scheduled to tee-off at 10:00 p.m. ET for the first round. There will be a 10-minute difference between each groups tee-off time.
