The Cologuard Classic is professional golf tournament for seniors. While its previous iteration, Tucson Open was a PGA Tour event for six decades, it is currently sanctioned under the PGA Tour Champions. The event was reestablished in 2015 and has been running annually since.
Upcoming 2023 edition will mark the 9th edition of the Tucson based seniors golf event. Like every year, it will be a 3 round tournament played over 3 days in stroke play format. Cologuard Classic is played on 18-holes over 73 par.
This year’s event has announced a $2.2 million purse pool with $330,000 winner’s share. This marks a $400,000 increment over the previous iteration. There will be 78 senior golfers present in the event. Miguel Angel Jimenez will also return to defend his 2022 title.

Cologuard Classic 2023 Tee Times:
The Cologuard Classic 2023 will be a three-round event. For every round, the 78-player field will be divided into groups of three. Each group will tee off together and compete against each other at the same hole. Two groups will tee-off simultaneously on tee hole no.1 and no.10. The official draw list of first round is yet to be published. However, reportedly the first batch of participants will tee-off at 10:00 a.m. ET for the first round on March 3rd.
