Charles Schwab Cup Championship is the most popular season-ending event of the PGA Tour Champions. The Arizona-based event is popular for featuring a solid purse pool. It is played annually with a 72-hole stroke play format over 4 days.
The 2022 Charles Schwab Cup Championship is the 33rd iteration of the annual senior golf tournament. Like every year, the event is held at Port Royal Golf Course in Bermuda. A total of 33 senior golfers are currently partaking in the PGA Tour Champions event.

Like 2021, this year’s Charles Schwab Cup Championship is offering a total $2.5 million prize pool. As such, the prize distribution at each position won’t alter drastically.
The event champion from this year will receive $440,000 in reward, much like the champion from 2021 Phil Mickelson. While the runner-up will receive $250,000. The third-place finisher will also receive $210,00 from the competition.
