The Cazoo Classic 2022 unveils its curtain today (July 21), returning for a second year to the DP World Tour.
The Cazoo Classic is a professional men’s golf tournament, part of the DP World Tour. Established in 1988 as the English Open, the event was part of the European Tour until last year. Scotland’s Calum Hill won the 2021 edition.

The Cazoo Classic 2022 will be broadcasted on Golf Channel and Sky Sports. Live coverage on the first two days (Thursday and Friday) begins at 2 p.m. ET and coverage on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) at 1 p.m. ET on GOLF Channel and Peacock.
Kayo Sports and Super Sport will also stream the tournament in Australia and South Africa respectively.

Craig Howie:
Craig Robert Howie is a Scottish professional golfer who plays on the European Tour. The 28-years-old won the 2021 Range Servant Challenge on the Challenge Tour.
Howie confirmed his playing rights for the 2022 DP World Tour season following a 19th place finish on the Road to Mallorca Rankings.
Matthew Southgate:
Matthew Arthur T. Southgate is an English professional golfer who plays on the European Tour.
Southgate’s biggest success was winning the 2010 St Andrews Links Trophy while he was an amateur. After turning professional, he played on the Challenge Tour in 2011.
He finished fourth in the 2016 Dubai Duty-Free Irish Open hosted by the Rory Foundation and finished as a joint runner-up in the same event in the following season.
Jens Dantorp:
Jens Morgan Dantorp, a Swedish professional golfer, plays on the European Tour and the Challenge Tour. He has won three times on the Challenge Tour.
He claimed a maiden Challenge Tour victory at the prestigious Rolex Trophy in 2013 before earning a European Tour card at that year’s Qualifying School Final Stage.
Returned to the winner’s circle in 2017 with victory at the Ras Al Khaimah Golf Challenge which helped him seal a place in the top 15 in the Challenge Tour Rankings and a return to the European Tour. Also won four times on the satellite Nordic Golf League to top the Order of Merit in 2011.
Aman Gupta:
Born in the United States, Aman Gupta has always played golf under the American flag throughout his amateur career. Last year he decided to play for India being a son to an Indian mom. However, he is playing for the US in the Cazoo Classic 2022.
The 22-year-old Gupta is one of the brightest talents in the US collegiate golf system who is currently ranked 72nd in the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR).
Oliver Bekker:
South African professional golfer Oliver Bekker is a seven-time winner on the South African Sunshine Tour, including three victories in 2017 where he finished fourth on the Order of Merit.
He earned a promotion to the DP World Tour for 2022 after finishing seventh on the season-long Road to Mallorca Rankings. Recorded two runner-ups and two third-place finishes on the Challenge Tour in 2021.
