Completing the World Cup in Qatar, the achievements of Lionel Messi’s football career are heavy once again.
He has Won three awards single-handedly from the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) for outstanding performances in 2022.
The IFFHS presented three awards to Messi on Thursday (April 20) in Paris, France.
Messi had a dream year in international football last year.
Messi scored 18 goals in just 14 matches for Argentina. Among them, Qatar scored 7 goals on the way to winning the title after 36 years in the World Cup. He also had 3 assists.
Messi has won 13 awards from IFFHS since 2011 in various categories, which is the highest for any footballer.
