Kylian Mbappe got hurt in a league match against Montpellier on February 1st. Initially, coach Christophe Gaultier was not overly concerned about his injuries, but following a medical evaluation, he became concerned.
According to the medical report, Mbappe will be out for three weeks. As a result, he will not play against Bayern Munich in the opening leg of the Champions League. However, Julian Nagelsmann, the German coach of Bayern Munich, does not believe Mbappe is injured.
Mbappe departed the field in the 20th minute of the league encounter against Montpellier due to an injury. Nonetheless, PSG won the game 3-1. Gaultier’s forehead, however, is furrowed because to the injury of the team’s greatest player.
Not only Mbappe, Ramos, and Neymar are currently sidelined owing to injuries. Neymar can however play against Bayern. However, the Bayern coach does not believe Mbappe’s injury.
Meanwhile, PSG said that Mbappe sustained a left thigh injury. It will take him around three weeks to return to the field. The French champion PSG will face Bayern in the opening leg of the quarterfinals of the Champions League on February 14.
