Valorant community of Southeast Asian territory are hyped to see a new off-season tournament oncoming. The Valorant SEA Invitational 2022 was recently announced to take place among some of the best SEA teams from this Tuesday.

AfreecaTV Valorant SEA Invitational is a newly announced official off-season Valorant tournament. It will be an online tournament hosted by AfreecaTV and ONE Esports.
A total of 16 teams from SEA region will be participating in the event. The tournament features a purse pool of $25,000. The event will take place in two stages – a group stage and playoff.
For the group stage, participants will be divided in 4 groups each with 4 teams. Top teams of each draw will qualify for the playoff event. Matches will be played via best of 1 during group stage.
During playoff stage, matches will be played in best of 3 format. Following these, the grand final will proceed with a best of 5 formats. The entire event will take place in a span of 6 days.
