PUBG Mobile World Invitational (PMWI) 2022 is scheduled to commence on the 11th of August at Riyadh Boulevard in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This Sony Xperia-sponsored event is an international PUBG Mobile tournament part of the 2022 world series. KRAFTON and Tencent Games have been in charge of organizing it in partnership with Gamers8 and ESL.
The 2022 PUBG Mobile World Invitational consists of 18 teams. All these 18 teams won the league series of their region to get a spot in the Invitational. Some of the biggest teams such as; Damwon Gaming, Nigma Galaxy, Team Morph, etc. have reached Riyadh to grab the prestigious trophy along with the lucrative prize pool.
The only Indian team, Team SouL, is the sole representative of Southeast Asia to participate in the main event.
When will the PUBG Mobile World Invitational (PMWI) 2022 be held?
The PMWI 2022 tournament will kick off on August 11. Following 3-days of intense competition, the event will draw its curtain on August 13.

Venue: Riyadh Boulevard
Riyadh Boulevard, also known as the Boulevard Riyadh City, is a 900,000 square meters outdoor entertainment and leisure facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia that runs mostly during the annual Riyadh Season of entertainment.
This year, for PUBG Mobile World Invitational (PMWI) 2022, this grand facility will play host to the world series of PUBG Mobile.
PMWI 2022: Format
18 teams have qualified for the tournament from across the globe winning their respective region’s leagues.
All 18 teams will compete in the same lobby for 3 consecutive days for a total of 18 matches. Six rounds of play will be contested per day.
