Tour de Suisse is a popular road cycling competition established in 1933. UCI is currently sanctioning the event under their annual World Tour. It is an 8-round competition, held in Switzerland.
The upcoming Tour de Suisse will be the 24th event of the ongoing UCI World Tour. It will also mark the event’s 86th annual iteration. Like every year, the competition will host an 8-stage race. Two of the stages will be individual time trial races.
All of the 18 UCI WorldTeams of this season will partake in the event. Additionally, five of the UCI ProTeams will join them, making the competing roster 23 teams. Participants will have to cross over 1,118.2 km of distance in the span of 8 days during the competition.
