The Koppenbergcross 2022 is finally taking this season’s cyclocross at the spiritual home of cycling. It is scheduled to be held at the upcoming November 1st.

The Cyclo-Cross Koppenberg is an upcoming Cyclo Cross race event. It is part of the X2O Badkamers Tropy aka X2O Trofee Oudenaarde. First found in 1988, the 2022 edition will be the 33rd edition of the popular cyclocross event. It is being organized by A.S.B.L. Sint-Pieters Vrienden Oudenaarde.
In 2021, the Belgian professional cyclo-cross and road cyclist Eli Lserbyt became champion of the event. Before that, he won the event back to back in 2019 and 2020. As a result, he will be the defending champion of the 2022 event.
The Women’s edition of Koppenberg was first launched in 2002. The 2022 iteration of the event will be its 18th iteration. The race was renamed GP Jolien Verschueren in 2021. Clara Honsinger, an American professional, won the competition last year.
