Two of the most popular mixed martial arts promotions have announced to team up for an exciting New Year’s Eve event in Japan.

The renowned American MMA promotion company “Bellator MMA” and the Japanese MMA organization “Rizin FF” have partnered with each other to present fans with an exciting cross-over mixed martial arts tournament on the upcoming New Year’s Eve. The event titled “Bellator MMA vs RIZIN FF” is scheduled to take place in Japan on upcoming Saturday night.
The oncoming Japanese mixed martial arts event will feature a total of 5 bouts. All of which will be participated by established professional of each promotion, under the main card of the event.
For the title bout, AJ McKree representing American side will face against Roberto de Souza representing the Japanese side. Both weighting under 71kg will be fighting under the Lightweight division in the upcoming face-off.
Following the title bout, the co-main bout will feature Patricio Pitbull from Bellator MMA against Kleber Koike Erbst from Rizin FF. Both weighting just below 66kg will fight under the Featherweight division.
Fans will also see their favorite mixed martial artist like Hiromasa Ougikubo, Soo Chul Kim, Juan Archuleta and more in the New Year’s Eve MMA event.
