The European Team Badminton Championships is an international mixed badminton tournament. Since its founding in 1972, the event has been hosted by Badminton Europe in a biennial manner.
The upcoming 2023 event will be the 27th edition of the event. France has been selected as the host country for this year’s international mixed-team badminton tournament. A total of 26 countries participated in the qualification stage of the event.
From the qualification stage, 5 international teams have earned qualification through the qualification stage of the event. In the case of the other three, France auto-qualified as the host country, Denmark earned a spot as the reigning champion, and Germany qualified as the highest-ranked team.
European Team Badminton Championship 2023 will provide competition in two stages. For the group stage, teams will be divided into two groups that will compete against each other. Following the group stage, the top-two teams of each group will advance to the knockout stage. The knockout stage will contain the semifinals and final.
